This privacy policy applies to the Green&STEM App, developed by the Faculty of Information Studies in Novo mesto. The app is designed to connect science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curricula with outside learning activities. The tasks are developed by elementary school teachers and professors at the higher educational institutions.

Our app does not collect any personal information or data from users. We do not require users to provide us with any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, addresses, or contact details.

We do not share any information collected by the app with third parties, including personal information or any other data, either in identifiable or anonymized form. All activities, answers, and information generated within the app remain strictly within the device on which the app is installed.

1.3. Internal Usage

We may collect anonymous usage statistics, such as the number of downloads, app crashes, and general usage patterns, solely for the purpose of improving and enhancing the app experience. This information is used in an aggregated and anonymized manner and does not identify individual users.

2.1. Device Storage

All data generated by the app, including activities, answers, and user information, is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted or stored on any external servers or cloud-based platforms.

3.1. Appropriate Age

Our app is specifically designed for elementary school children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records.

We strongly encourage parents or guardians to supervise their children’s app usage. We recommend that parents or guardians contact us if they believe their child may have provided personal information without their consent, and we will promptly delete any such information from our records.
